This project shows good requirements analysis that will positively impact the prototype of this technological project for Edinburgh Napier University (ENU). The project consists of the early stages of developing software alongside ENU. This project also defined the requirements for a consolidated interactive calendar for ENU to design a relational database schema (RD) to hold the information and create an initial design for the user interface. It was important to analyse the different data gathered from the interviews with lecturers and managers from ENU. These interviews were analyzed and transformed into data that will be more manageable to design an RD. As well as it was important to understand how Agile methodology works in software development. Agile maintains the ability to make changes at all times without compromising the project. Also, the four values of Agile:
-People interactions on processes and tools;
-A working software vs exhaustive documentation;
-Active participation of clients (ENU) through the development process;
-Ability to respond to changes and unforeseen events
